Gina’s favorite use: I like to use this for meditation time. It is a tad too strong for me, so I actually just open the lid and inhale. . . very rarely do I use this one on my body. I also like to add lime to it when I need grounded – on the go.
Janet’s favorite use: Yoga & Meditation
Quick fact of the Day
In contrast to Lemon Oil, The Oil of Focus, InTune/Focus Blend calms the mind, facilitating inner peace…whereas Lemon ACTIVATES the mind. Focus Blend quiets grounds mental forces.
Libations of the day
GG’s Brazilian Lemonade
6 cups cold water
1 cup sugar
4 limes
1 drop dōTERRA Lime/Lemon/Grapefruit?
6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
**It’d be really good with Rum, Vodka, or Tequila!
Mix water and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Put in the fridge to chill until ready to use.
Use soap and water to thoroughly wash the limes. You want to scrub really well because you are going to be using the whole lime! After you've washed and scrubbed your limes, cut the ends off the limes (DO NOT MISS THIS STEP!) and then cut them into eighths. Place half of the limes and half of the sugar water in your blender and pulse 5 times. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into the pitcher that you are going to serve it in.
