Apply diluted after a long run for a refreshing feeling
Combine equal parts Fractionated Coconut Oil and Lemongrass oil for a massage after a hard workout.

Blends well with Basil, Cardamom, or Spearmint.
Dilute oil, then rub or spritz on skin before going outside.
Combine with carrier oil and massage after a hard workout.

Quick fact of the Day
Lemongrass, also known as citronella grass, is a type of flowering plant that belongs to the family of grasses. It originates from southern parts of India and Shi Lanka.
Libations of the day
GG’s MOJO (w/ Blackberries & Lemongrass)
4 fresh blackberries
3 fresh mint leaves
1 drop dōTERRA Lemongrass Essential Oil
1 ounce fresh lime juice or
1 drop dōTERRA Lime Essential Oil
2 ounces light rum
Crushed ice as needed
Ginger ale
Garnish with Lime slices and Mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
For the simple syrup~ Add to a saucepan with water and sugar. Bring to a low boil until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool completely. Add Lemongrass essential oil. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
For the cocktail~ Add blackberries, mint, simple syrup and lime juice to a glass. Gently muddle to release flavors. Fill glass with ice. Pour in rum and stir briefly to combine. Top off with ginger ale, garnish with a mint leaf and lime slice. Serve immediately.
Lemongrass Essentialini
1/4 cup coconut simple syrup
Equal parts sugar and coconut water, cook on stove until combined.
1 drop dōTERRA Lemongrass Essential Oil
1 drop dōTERRA Lime Essential Oil
Shot of vodka or gin — whichever you prefer
ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake, pour into glass. Enjoy!
Using oils with intention
Lemongrass has a powerful mission to assist in cleansing physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Cleanse Inside & Out – Energetically!
Place one drop of dōTERRA Lemongrass Essential Oil in a shot of water and drink it. Place on drop on your third eye and mentally let go of past issues and stagnant energy (you can do this by just taking a few deep breaths). Then, place 5-10 drops of dōTERRA Lemongrass Essential Oil and pinch of salt in a 4 oz. glass spray bottle, top it off with Rose Water or good clean water. Spray the four corners your room and anywhere you may feel “stuck” energy in your house. As you spray, repeat the following mantra:
“I break up and release all negative and stagnant energy and only light and love is welcome in this space”.
