Cranberry Juice
Vodka
1 drop dōTERRA Ginger essential oil (empowerment)
1 drop dōTERRA Wild Orange essential oil (abundance/playfulness)
Lemon wedge
Directions
Be sure to squeeze your lemon over the ice before adding your vodka and juices, then add 1 1/2 shots of vodka and fill the glass with lemonade just about half inch above top of glass, then add cranberry juice for color.... Very refreshing!
Using oils with intention
Discover your Own Personal Shield!
This is an imaginary shield that is very private and personal. A shield known only to you. It becomes an energetic barrier which will bounce off negative and unwanted energy through your intention, thought and practice. This shield allows you to stand in the fierceness of your inner warrior, standing in confidence, strength, and your inner power.
In your own time, take yourself into a little meditation by closing your eyes and imagining our inner warrior. Perhaps Wonder Woman will inspire you. Or you can Google “Warrior Shields” to get some ideas.
