Today’s pod is all about the oil of Support.
We are talking about the empowerment of doTERRA Birch essential oil.
Birch’s benefits:
Provides a soothing massage
Promotes healthy-looking skin
Stimulating aroma promotes feelings of strength, warmth, and vitality
Birch's uses:
Massage into back and legs for a cooling sensation after exercise.
Place a few drops of Birch on a cotton ball and place in your gym bag to mask any odor.

Oil Fact Of The Day:
Often mistaken for Wintergreen and they are almost = in chemistry even though the plants aren’t related at all. Translated into Root Beer Flavoring. Do not use during pregnancy.

Vodka or Rum
Vanilla Ice Cream
Janet's way:
dōTERRA Ginger Essential Oil
Gina's way:
Lavender Whip Cream.
Heavy whipping cream
1 drop of dōTERRA Lavender
2 TBS Sugar
Whip together by hand or by mixer until fluffy!
Either way is fabulous! Enjoy!!!!
Using oils with intention
ROOTED.
Place one drop of dōTERRA Birch Essential Oil on the lower back….rub your lower back into an “M” symbol. Cup your hands and inhale three times….Become aware of your spine. Bring light to your spine. Light it up in whatever way works for you….(some might see twinkle lights, or a tube of light or little lightening bugs swarming around).
Becoming aware of your spine is one way to determine your presence with yourself and with other people. We can truly not be present with other people if we aren’t present with ourselves first. Play with it. See what you notice.
