Using oils with intention
Tracing of Sacred Heart
Use the dōTERRA Rose Touch Roll-on on each of the fingertips and place the tips of fingers together, gently tap or circle your fingertips to activate this oil of divine love.
With your fingertips together, place your hands front of your heart and take 3-5 really REALLY slow and long breathes calling forth the unconditional love from your sacred heart to the tips of your fingers. Take as much time as you’d like here and visualize the tips of your fingers lighting up.
Then, begin to slowly draw the sacred heart symbol all over your body. You can use all of your fingers at once or each finger individually….let your intuition guide you as you infuse your body with unconditional divine love from your sacred heart.
