Using oils with intention
Celebrate the power of the Feminine beauty
Roll on dōTERRA Jasmine Touch on to your hands and rub them together to activate the oil. Touch the top of your head gently with your left hand, then your heart, then just below your belly button. Bring your hands back to your heart and just place them there with your eyes closed. Begin to ask yourself these questions….
Do you love walking around naked? Do you enjoy massage, touch, smoothing scented oils on your skin? Do you take time to pamper and nourish your body and soul? Do you dress to accentuate your femininity? Do you choose colors that make you feel gorgeous? Or do you feel embarrassed to be nude? Do you choose clothes that are practical or that flatter your flaws? Are you too tired for self care? Do you secretly feel “ugly” no matter what? Can you feel your inner beauty and show it? Can you accept compliments?
