Add the essential oil to the bottom of the shot glass. Add Hot Damn.

Janet’s Pie of Protection!
Ingredients:
Apple Pie Vodka
Simple syrup
1 drop dōTERRA OnGuard Essential Oil
Add the essential oil to the bottom of the shot glass. Add Apple Pie Vodka.
Optional: Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in it and/or a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Using oils with intention
Bubble of protection
Place one drop of dōTERRA OnGuard on your crown, heart and bottoms of your feet. Begin by closing your eyes and breathing deeply. Ground both down into the Earth, and up into the sky. Negative energy flows out, and Divine energy flows in. Divine light from Earth and sky mixes in the heart and radiates out.
Visualize a bubble surrounding you.
The bubble is filled with Divine light and love. This is a vacuum bubble so no negativity can penetrate this shield and all of your own negativity is sucked out. As negative energy passes out of the bubble it is transformed into gold fairy dust (or compost for mother earth). Only love and light can come in.
Sit in this space and breathe, feeling the energy move. Feel peace. Feel protected.
