Using oils with intention
Bedtime Bath Time Ritual
1 C Baking Soda (to soften the body, mind, spirit, heart)
2 C Epsom Salt (Soothing, Healing, Cleansing, Relaxing)
5-10 drops dōTERRA Serenity
Place some of the salt in your hand, add drops of dōTERRA Serenity to the salt and say a prayer or intention. Use this bedtime bath time ritual to relax and DO NOTHING!!!! Our intention for you to experience 10 minutes, 20 minutes or even 30 minutes of being unplugged and doing NOTHING. No phone, no books, no kids. Just do nothing. And then…..sweet sweet dreams
